We do not accept returns for Gospel Tracts or any other physical product that is sold on our website.

If you receive your order and it was damaged by the carrier, please reach out to your local carrier first then contact us. If you received a product that has a defect, please reach out to us and we will work together to replace the product.

Please reach out to us and we can look into the status of your order for you. If the shipping carrier has lost your package we will send you a one-time replacement order free of charge. 

We charge a flat rate shipping fee during checkout to help cover the associated cost of shipping your order. For orders shipped within the United States (or any official United States Territory), we offer a $5 Standard Shipping* option and a $10 Priority Mail option. For orders shipped to Canada a flat rate of $30 is charged, while orders shipped to any other country, a flat rate of $65 is charged.

*Note: For the Standard Shipping option we utilize USPS’s First Class Mail for most orders, however if you order only the Gospel of John USPS’s Media Mail will be used. Media Mail offers a 2-8 business day delivery time.

All orders are sent using United States Postal Service (USPS). We utilize USPS’s First Class, Media Mail, and Priority Mail Flat Rate options.

Most orders shipped to the United States take anywhere from 1-10 business days, while orders shipped outside the United States take anywhere from 10-20 business days.

Yes, we offer custom label printing on some select A4Truth Gospel Tracts and The Gospel of John. Under the product category select “Custom Label Printing” to view all of the items that have a contact box. Once you have selected an item you would like to customize, simply follow the on screen directions to complete your customization. 

Yes. We do have a small inventory of older or misprinted versions of select A4Truth Gospel Tracts and Gospel’s of John on hand. If you are interested, please contact us. We can send them to you for a reduced price plus a shipping and handling fee based on quantity.

We do offer Free copies of God’s Word only to those who have recently come to faith in Jesus Christ. Many of our copies of the Bible are donated and may have some normal wear and tear. Please let us know if you do not have a Bible and we can try our best to help put one in your hands.

We do accept offerings (donations), however we are currently not tax deductible as we are not a 501-3c. Any offering made to Ambassadors 4 Truth is used for Gospel Tract Printing, Shipping Supplies, Website Maintenance, Bible Purchases and Bible Shipping fees. The most affordable place to get A4Truth Gospel Tracts is here on our website. We do have listings on Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, and Mercari. These sites charge us additional fees to sell on their platform, thus the price is slightly higher there.
